Tough decision but a YES from me.

It just seems other teams/managers have found us out and have adapted to make it really hard for us. We just don't seem to have a plan B to break teams down.

I really love the idea of stability and do believe its important but not if performances are poor.

Just too many very poor performances this season.

Always have a place in our history and he deserves our thanks and respect but I believe it may be time to move on. Sorry Bobby!

Yes.

He had failed to get the best out of his group of players in three competitions this season.

He has failed to motivate his best starting 11 to compete against Wigan Athletic in the FA Cup Final.

His summer signings have been a collective failure.

His criticism of individual players shows appalling lack of man-management skills

Recent events out of his control have made his position untenable, he won't resign (and why should he?) so he has to be sacked.

eeeez football.
doesnt matter, if a player cant be arsed, then not much bobby can do except transfer list him, and after saturday performance theres a lot of cant be arsed players, but not just saturday, its been whole season, out with the cant be arsed in with the players who want to give it their all

It's a 'Yes' from me - I haven't been a Mancini outer, but, after that debacle on Saturday - a masterclass in tactical ineptitude - he has to go I'm afraid.
(Edit - and i trust that Platt will go with him)

agreed, but he did it and balo was a difficult one, inside this guy could have been a genius and bobby persevered with a hope he would grow up. it shows bobby will stand by a player and give him every chance

If at an end of season review with his bosses, Mancini can pinpoint what went wrong this season, and can identify what needs doing to rectify the situation then he should stay.

If he has no idea what went wrong, or no idea how to fix it, then he should go.

From an emotional point of view, i want him to stay.

After all that has happened he'll have to go now.

I think the level of trust within the club is no more. The real question is should anyone else go as well?
