doesnt matter, if a player cant be arsed, then not much bobby can do except transfer list him, and after saturday performance theres a lot of cant be arsed players, but not just saturday, its been whole season, out with the cant be arsed in with the players who want to give it their all

Alternatively, the club could wake up to the fact that Mancini's style has caused this group of players to down tools, that he is the root cause of the "can't be arsed" attitude, and get rid of him, rather than make wholesale and unnecessary change to the playing staff.

I've always backed Mancini, but performances over the previous three months have been unsatisfactory at best. Saturday was the straw that broke the camels back.

I don't particularly agree with the way it has been handled by the club, but what counts now is that the correct man for the job is appointed as swiftly as possible, any business in the transfer market is concluded as early as possible, and Manchester City Football Club go into the serious business of preparing for next season professionally.

If this business is allowed to drag on, with individuals at all levels of the club retaining bitterness close to the surface, then we will go into next season far worse of than I think we did go into this.

I've heard a lot of people call for stability. With Mancini involved in the club beyond this week there can be no stability.

Not yet unless the two new guys decide Marwood should go as well. I think Marwood is highly rated on a board level, but if it was down to the fans he would be hung, drawn and quartered and Mancini to remain in charge.

For me it is now a yes, after the shambles in the FA Cup final it was for me the final nail in the coffin.

This season has been a damp squid, poor form all year round with only a brief glimpse of hope that fluttered out.

I was going along the lines that he should be given another year, but then I had to think if anything would really change - and the answer for me was no.

He will remain forever remembered and righlty so and as much as I like Bobby, I love the club more and feel it is time now to move on.

RM seems to be all stick and no carrot, which i believe to be a flawed management style. From what it is possible to glean from his playing days, his previous roles as manager and numerous interviews his self-belief is unshakable and therefore impossible to change his m.o.
Every manager in all spheres must have the ability to get the very best out of those he manages, with whatever method it takes. He must also be very good at his job. to have an answer for all problems, and to have a knack of picking the right staff who will stand up to him when needed. For the future's sake and the success of the academy i think he should go. Before the full details are known i will keep an open mind , before criticising the club, there are some powerful vested interests who wish to cause as much shit as possible for us

If Roberto was such a bad manager, then how come he got the best out of the players last year to win us the league?

The only thing that changed was that some key players were allowed to leave (NDJ particularly and Adam Johnson to a lesser degree) and we didn't replace them with better players! Roberto publicly made it clear what player's he wanted in the summer and got none of them (a big fat zero).

Was that Roberto's fault or the club hierarchy?

We've gone backwards this season, the club's failure to protect Roberto during the many press conferences constantly sniping at him has not helped him one bit, this has bound to have fed through to the players and their attitude towards him and his match day instructions/tactics.
Yeah it was definitely the press conferences that made the club play shite football this season

No.

There should be an option for: Resign.

I do feel he should Resign as the club have failed to publicly back him.
The Question is should he be sacked ?because that would be the Clubs descion .if he were to resign that is his descion alone & he could do it anytime

No ,we need Stability ,He has been a sucess at City ,Never thought i would see us win ,the FA CUP, PREMIER LEAGUE, Sacking him in my opion is totally wrong , the board should be really ashamed how they have conducted themselves with this issue , Sack Marwood and Kloss in my book ,
Give Bobby Manc at least another year.
CTID.
