Premier League, FA Cup, Charity Shield combined with the best defensive record in the league over the last 3 years and 30% of people want him sacked. He's apparently lost the players commitment but Kompany, Silva and Yaya who are 3 of our most influencial players have all signed new long term deals in the last year under Mancini's management.

The problem this year has been that we didn't score as many goals - that's it.

The reason we didn't score as many goals is because we have become predictable because we didn't bring in any variety to our attack last summer. The only different option we had last year was Johnson and he went to get more first team football and we replaced him with Sinclair who just isn't as good. Added to Aguero's injuries and Balotelli's missing 15 goals and it's not difficult to see why opponents have got wise to us.

This is not so much about sacking Mancini, but about changing tactics and motivating players. The question should have been: Should we bring on Pellegrini?

Let's reflect for one moment.
Old bacon has just retired-it took him what? There/four years before he even won a trophy he spent a fortune and we did them 5-1!
They stuck with him- it worked- there's a lesson to be learned !
Absolutely no point in changing -it will make little or no difference.
Thing needed now is to assess what was good and bad this past season and sort it.
We need one creative midfielder- Isco would be idea,l strong and skilful
Need two top strikers too, one who can muscle and one with lightening speed
Need a world class winger too
Simple really

Mancini should have his hand shaken and we wish him all the very best for the future with the correct dignified send off against Norwich.

I think it's obvious to most he has his favourites within the playing squad and there are certain players he just does not get on with and this is reflected in some of the strange substitutions he makes as he will often think of his own personal relationship with a player rather than the team.

Mancini has taken us to the level he can and I thank him so much but we now need a more forward thinking dynamic manager who can develop they way we play whilst ensuring the team spirit remains high and unified.

Thank you Roberto good luck for the future.

Spot on, we all no we can have the odd off day, but the same old display against Everton, coupled with the QPR away, and too many draws overall this season, we just haven't been as good as last year.

Even though I think he has been good for our club, do we change one manager, and try something different or change all the players. It's far cheaper and easier to just change the manager.

Seeing as according to the bookies and the rag press we have a new manager, I think the very least we can do is sack bobby - unless of course it's all bollocks.

After giving us a title, he deserves one more year!!! We must show dignity and respect! We are CITY, We are not glory hunters !!!

I think you'll find that, as a team , we are glory hunters. Our owners want results and all

the glory that goes with that, they are ambitious, they have invested a lot of money and

they want a team that reflects that investment. Much as I love Mancini, I do think he has

lost the dressing room, and some times his tactics are very strange. I also think the club

have handled this very badly. For all that I voted no, but I must admit I keep changing my

mind
