Should the club stay silent or fightback?

the club should do absolutley nothing and instruct mancini to stop whinging about injuries, suspensions etc , keep quiet , let our football do the talking and fill the trophy cabinet in May.

Of course not!

We have to mount a VIGOROUS campaign against the FA (in the media etc.) for their Inconsistencies by bringing out the misdemeanours and violent conducts of players like Rooney et al.

Respect Campaign to 'Stamp out Inconsistencies in Retrospective Bans or FA Officiating'.

HOW DARE YOU have a go at the country's angel Rooney? England and Manchester United's 'whiter than white' character? Oh....

Fight back !

Don't accept it for starters, let Mario give his opinion, and play on Wednesday.

I think Mario should also ask his lawyer (or City their's) to look at twitchers defamation in his sky interview where he states about Mario "he's done it quite often before", when in fact I don't think he has ever done it before, that's if he "done it" yesterday in the first place.

City should also ban the telegraph from the stadium for as many games as Mario gets, for that dreadful piece they did today calling for police action.

What seriously annoyed me more was good old lovable 'H' angrily saying 'and it won't be the last time he does it' WTF!

lol fuck off you chas n dave ****. That penalty was the most nailed on you'll ever see. It was a scissor tackle by King, he deliberately brought his right leg around to wrap up Mario.

I think you've missed the point of my post there..

You've missed the point of mine by a mile. Thanks for the 6 pts and enjoy the slide as the saggy faced one gets rightfully banged up

haha! you may as well have said I know you are but what am I then... :D

There is not much point in doing anything really, a lot of what the op has mentioned has been self inflicted to be honest we are far from whiter than white, all managers bleat when things go against them but do not accept any responsibility for their own players behaviour.

Refs get so much attention nowadays that their decisions appear to be based more on fear than what they actually believe is right.

The whole of football has turned into a lottery with regards to red cards and decisions in general

Sorry my bad for mouthing off agains de teacher's pet ;)

Or is it Clattenburg's pet ( seeing that there was heavy patting by Clattenburg re. McCarthy)?

I've always thought that City have been a soft touch for the FA, referees, press etc. We've never, historically made a great issue about sanctions against us, and perhaps that means that we're a soft touch to these people. Nowadays the stakes are much higher but it remains the same scenario.

Do you think that Baconface would allow the likes of Atwell, Mason, Walton and the other piss poor referees we normally get? No chance. The rags have had Atwell just ONCE in his career. Look at it, West Brom, Fulham, Blackburn etc, this is who those refs should get. But no, because we don't ever complain we get more than our fair share of the incompetents. The stats for referees are quite clear we're the only top 4 club who regularly get the "Lesser" Select group refs. Rags, Chelsea, Dippers, Spuds usually get the FIFA refs.

And when the cockney wanker media see something they don't like they go on about it so much the FA have to save face and do something. To be fair to Webb, if the media hadn't made him look like a twat for not seeing Marios action, he may well not have put it into his report.

I do sometimes wish we'd come out and say something but now isn't the time as it just looks like sour grapes. If we do win the Premier League we can give the bleeding lot of them a massive two fingers and they can shove their agendas up their arses. Sideways.
