All these whisperings are making me uneasy. To even have the question raised means everyone isn't pulling in the right direction regarding the manager. He's one of the best in the world and that's without blue tinted specs on. Considering his age he's won so much and established himself there already and he'll only get better. We need a full support campaign to show everyone outside the club (and maybe at the very top of it?) that we FULLY back Bobby and will do throughout this project.

Be interactive with players, be their friend/motivator.
Have better starting 11's against teams that PTB.
Make better substitute changes when game isn't going our way.

I hope that you are not implying that I am a plastic fan.
My point was that as long as we have made an improvement this season, that we have no discernible right to be calling for the head of our manager. Nothing would please me more than to see us lift the trophy under Mancini.
Also, I would love to see some players flourish through our academy, surely you must agree?
