Silva back in training (page 40)

Re: Silva injury confirmed - 3-4 weeks out (pg 23)

I had heard a rumour this week that he'd suffered a bad setback in training, and was wearing a protective cast boot, but hopefully it's not true.

I guess we'll find out at Pellegrini's press conference shortly. He tends to be pretty honest when it comes to injury updates.

He was good on Monday. Or at least no boot. Hopefully nothing has happened to him since

You sure that pic is from Monday? Didn't they train at the Etihad that day?

Fingers crossed! Would be a huge boost to have him back.

Come back soon you beautiful, mercurial, graceful wonder of the football world.

There's a little Argentinian powerhouse ready to jump on some of your sublime, silky, perfectly weighted through balls.

Still out according to Pellegrini's presser. No further info on Silva been provided yet.

I still stand by the fact that playing Silva in that Newcastle cup game, from the start, was one of Pellegrini's biggest fuck ups to date

Shit news, so that rumour must be true of him suffering a set back in training, hope it is not too serious.

It was reported last week that he was getting pain in his knee when he kicks a ball Worried about this as these injuries tend to be the worse

Calm down.

And a little more on the injury front: "I suppose Edin Dzeko will be fit next week. There are no complications with David Silva, it was a ligament injury and he is recovering."

Doesn't sound too happy that Dzeko will be back ;)
