Singing End - Would You Relocate?

I am 100% all for this as I think it is time English football caught up with European way of supporting their team.

To do it though I think you would need to get in touch with City and see if they can do an overall poll for having a dedicated 'ultras' section, if the poll is successful then City can arrange a part of the ground where only supporters who are willing to sing for 90mins, bring flags, flares and smoke bombs, jump up and down, banging a drum for rhythm etc etc can go.

Obviously some Blues would have to relocate both moving to and away from this dedicated area, but that is what the poll would decide.

Watching them Dortmund fans tonight was simply inspiring, they had one guy at the front conducting the fans like no tomorrow - he did not even watch the game, unbelievable.

It's time now for English fans to adopt it now, we are so poor in comparison. We are like a load of grumpy old men at times, there were some right Victor Meldrew's in the stands tonight.
It's amazing because we gave the world the game of football in its format we have known for 150+ years yet we support our teams as if the game is extinct, these foreigners treat it like they are going into battle.

Agree with everything except the asking City to conduct the poll.

No sorry, this has to be independent, and can be done using social media to make sure enough Blues are engaged with the Poll.

It's far too easy for City to just turn around after the poll and say: no sorry, nobody wants it.

Does the Choreographer have to actually be a Football fan?
I mean he won't watch the game, everyone could chip to and buy this guy a seasoncard, let him orchestrate us all season haha...
 
i have read somebody saying sarcastically that city should buy dortmund fans. the level city has reached as a club deserves way better supporting that what we saw yesterday.
 
Starting to give up on this. Football has changed in this country. Going to a match has to be organised with military precision and it costs a fortune. Seriously, who has an atmosphere that we envy? Maybe Stoke, I can't think of anywhere else and they were pretty quiet this season. The only thing we could try is 4000 of us moving to another city and travelling to home matches together like an away match and having our own section.
Sometimes the atmosphere's good and sometimes it's awful. That's just how it is.
 
Would fully agree with this happening. Wigan Warriors and their ultras had half of this section for the Rugby League with St Helens fans over at the away end and the atmosphere was brilliant. So if we had ultras/singers in the whole of this stand then the atmosphere would finaly be good again. 100% agree this should happen but 99% sure it won't unfortunately
 
Totally embarassed by the Dortmund fans yesterday. They bossed us big style and were their 12th man. Sometimes you get the performance you deserve and we got what we deserved yesterday. We needed a Delia style bollocking. Another point that pisses me off no end. Anti United songs. We support City. The players are playing for City. Sing songs about City then. Songs about how much you hate United sound rather pathetic and obsessive. It should have been 10 was funny about a year ago but is history now. Lets get songs going that support and encourage City. I don't want to hear songs about United or any other side for that matter I just want to hear songs pro City.
 
We don't need an "end" why don't we just move the "singing section" to the south stand corner and have that as our "singing end"

The english game in general just thinks the atmosphere will just happen with no effort.
 
i think some people are getting confused between chants and songs, mose of the foriegn teams use chants that are repeated over and over again which will always drown out a song our examples being edin dzeko...ooooo..edin dzeko.oooo or the hey jude theme, what ide like to see is singing sections set up in all areas of the ground on all three tiers in blocks of 500 to 1000 with the idea to get each block of fans trying to outsing the others it would create noise all over the stadium.(MAYBE A LITTLE DISCOUNT FOR THESE AREAS)

The most important thing is you need every person who wants to be members of these sections HAVE TO JOIN IN AND HAVE A LAUGH!! not turn up and moan about standing up ,swearing etc etc can i bring a blanket n flask etc

the only un-written rule is once a chant/song is started u have to join in!!
