I'm talking about Virgin, we had to close our site in Manila calls have been flying in all week been madness.

Is that why we've had a lot less VM customers put through to us in error? They really are useless.

Got the page to press pause but then nothing after that?

Exactly the same and left it in situ for ten minutes and nothing. Currently paying £52 rising to £56 this month in line with inflation for everything bar the broadband and would be excellent to pause the sports for now without fooking up the discount. Will keep trying.

Im going to watch a war film tonight when her indoors has gone to bed and do it late. Hopefully it goes through easier.

BT sport phone to cancel has now been on hold for 25 mins

I was on for an hr yesterday,their policy is not to cancel contracts as there is still content on their channels,they are getting this all wrong

Gave up on BT after 36 mins on hold

Got through to BT by phone after 38 minutes ; ) We have a 2 year package with them for their own sports @£7.50 a month excluding the HD optional on a rolling month @£7.50. So anyway we cancelled down the HD with immediate effect and also she gave us 1 month credit for the sports and they will reappraise the situation after another month. Seems fair enough under the circumstances but I did reiterate my concern that this simple task could not have been undertaken online.
