Whats been said over the last few days by ex players, commentators and pundits has in my opinion brought the game into disrepute and they should all be charged by the FA. Part of me thinks it is the FA and it's Liverpool so anything could happen but if the FA reduce the ban then I honestly think other clubs should take legal action.

If the FA want to change the rules so that a reckless and dangerous challenge carries a ban of fewer than three matches if it's deemed unintentional then that is something they have to do before a season starts not during a season just because it's the media darlings on the end of the rule and because a load of thick ex pros don't understand the law under which he was red carded.

As it is, other clubs have already had players awarded three match bans for reckless tackles where there was no more intention to injure someone than there was on Saturday.
I will be proper upset at a genuine injustice if the FA cave in on this. It'll be tantamount to cheating.
