I suspect they have been advised to appeal by insiders - or maybe I'm just too suspicious of these

Hopefully they react by increasing the ban to 5 games ... They won't reduce it that's for sure, Dippers are pissing in the wind, the law clearly states that the offence was a direct red regardless of intent, based on that I would love to know on what grounds they are appealing
Alas no they are not ... And never will beAll things being equal, you'd be bang on. But they're not equal are they?
Once I got home and saw the replays, I thought it was one of the clearest red cards offences I have seen. I laughed at the suggestion that Liverpool might make some kind of appeal. Now we are in a situation where I am actually expecting the ban to be reduced to one game. How the fuck we have arrived here is nothing short of scandalous and if the FA cave in and do reduce the ban, it will be nothing short of a disgrace.Alas no they are not ... And never will be
Accepting it as a red card is the sensible stance to take. BUT some of them (especially the plank I work with) actually believe is was Ederson who endangered Mane!i had a quick look on RAWK and tbh a good chunk of them said red card, more than i was expecting given we all put on our tinted glasses in these instances.
Matic. And it was led by the media much like this one.
Was a disgraceful decision then, and I fully expect the same with Mane.
Totally agree mate, as I've said previously, if the tables were turned the ban would be increased to 10 years in prison for attempt murder and there would be calls for Pep to be sacked for insinuating Migniolet was feigning his Injury, it truly beggars beliefOnce I got home and saw the replays, I thought it was one of the clearest red cards offences I have seen. I think under the circumstances that was right... Barnes tackle was a leg breaker (he got a 7 match ban)
