He was smiling as he walked off. Didn't look too upset did heCompletely disagree. IMO, all Mane was gutted about was that he'd been sent off. The apology was a load of shite with no sincerity and worded as such as they knew they were going to appeal.

While he was there he kicked one of the medics bags over, some apology that.I think the reason why he did not leave the pitch immediately was he wanted to see if Eddy was OK, if you watch I am sure he did go over to where Eddy was, and out of embarrassment at what he had done.

I don't know if anyone else read the thread on ESPN yesterday when the FA announced the three match ban would remain in place. But there were some absolute clowns trying to justify Mane's high boot to Ederson's face. For example - goalkeepers should NOT come out of the penalty area; and if an attacker is going for a 50/50 ball with the goalkeeper the attacker should pull up and say "your ball goalie".. And Graeme Souness was quoted as saying the sending off was sufficient punishment.
