See if you can get now TV for cheaper and just load it onto your devices, no need for multiroom. You can always avoid device restrictions by giving your wife a separate account for the reality shite.

Get all the sports online for free. Avoid the matchday thread it is full of tarts anyway.

That actually is a good idea.

No idea what she sees in that stuff to be honest.

Just hearing them all screeching is akin to Nails going down a blackboard to me, awful.
 
I actually got through to them in the phone after 5 seconds yesterday.
My bill is going up to £90 so I asked them to get rid of sports and movies.
Gave me a special offer of £72 abd I said fine but take off what I asked you to.
In the end they offered an 18 month deal £58 a month.
As I wanted to keep the basic package anyway this is practically £13 for sports and movies.

It’s £43.99 for a yearly membership if you sign up direct on their website.

Also available an extra subscription through Amazon Prime for £4.99.

If you can get away with it I would avoid adding HD boost (£5 a month) to the Hayu account if you go with Now TV.

Prime will include HD as standard, not sure about Hayu direct, but guess they do as it is usually only Now/Sky that charges to upgrade to HD.
 
Used to be against it, but I implore everyone to get a dodgy box.

£70 renewal I pay for mine. Everything available. I’ve wired it to my router so it’s only the delay from the broadcaster. Full 4K some channels.

The cost of simply being alive is becoming ridiculous, so do what’s necessary.

To be fair Virgin really is second to nothing out there. 2 Tvs streaming Netflix, and Kids simultaneously online gaming.100 meg for £35 a month. I am not against paying for good value.

Yeh I could no longer justify paying out for sky and having a season ticket, wife was going nuts about it. Although the BT software isn’t as good as Sky it is better value and the fibre broadband is far better than Sky

Mine ran out in Jan(?) - I do not miss it at all.

In fact, I have more time in my days.
