Sky TV Going Up To £107 a month for multiroom.****Update***** Page 6.

Currently got Sky Sports via Now TV - 3 of us share the logins as we can use 3 devices at the same time. Our last deal worked out at £12 per month each but when that ran out they gave a deal that we`re currently paying at £6 per month each - when this offer runs out in 3 months they`ll make another offer to the guy that pays them.
It`s just pot luck when it runs out as to what deal is available.

I do something similar but I find the service is not very good outside of the attractive price/packages. Also the Now software has started to cause issues with my work laptop. I also missed a lot of a recent match because of a glitch which was not down to me. 5 out of ten for me.

I'm about to cancel Sky Q as i'm coming to the end of my current offer (18 month contract) which I timed to coincide with the end of the current season. I'll take a payment break of 6 months then return when I can agree a similar deal to what I pay now (£39pm).

I've never really been impressed with the quality of iptv services i've tried. The best quality streams are the official ones which i'm happy to pay a few quid for to obtain someone else's login details. For films & TV shows I pay £5-ish a month sub to a Plex server which has the lot and in up to 4K quality.

If i wanted Sky Sports i'd look for those Now TV offers where they charge £25 per month with 'Boost' which allows three simultaneous streams and is also 1080p + 50 frames per second. Then take turns with 2 others paying a "quarterly" bill

Getting ridiculous. I can no longer justify an outlay each month like this. With gas/Electric doubling/trebling in price.

They moved a load of stuff i actually watched over to Disney "Walking Dead" etc.

This requires a further monthly subscription.

Pure greed.

Mostly it is regurgitated shit.

Besides watching City i only have National geographic on Loop as background noise.

The wife watches all those dysfunctional Housewife's of New York/Orange County etc etc Series :-)

I pay less than that a year to my IPTV provider. What ON EARTH have you been doing paying for Sky?

I’m in contract with Sky until next year but does anyone know if BT buy it out if I switch to them?

Already have BT broadband which is great speed wise and some of their tv packages are way cheaper than my current Sky hill of £108 a month.

Can you get virgin? I’m on an 18 month deal with 500MB broadband, full sky package (Sky Atlantic excepted), BT Sport and an unlimited data sim for my phone. £79 a month.

Of course, all the footballers in this country could take a 50% pay cut as long as the sports subscriptions were reduced by 50% as well. Not much chance of that happening……

No mate unfortunately. It’s either Sky or BT for the tv but just looking now and the BT VIP package with everything is nearly £40 a month cheaper but I know BT pay up to £300 to buy out a broadband contract but can’t see anything that says they do the same if switching the tv?

Go through ‘topcashback’ and BT are offering £110 cash back for broadband and tv. It’s usually a card but you can spend it anywhere and every bit helps. I got £165 cash back with the virgin deal first time round!
