I don't think there was many of us in Kiev.
There was about 4000 coppers though.

And the ***** kept us in the stadium for 90 mins after the game....coldest i have ever been that night!

Oh yes -13 degrees, fucking unbelievable. Thought we were going into a war zone with all the police there (friendliest set of away fans ever in my book, had a good drink with some of them before & after). Remember a guy coming up to me choking, saying he`d swallowed his false teeth. Getting a medic over, who panicked like fuck, took the poor guy away to be treated (hope you were ok mate?). Yeah, kept us in forever, made us all walk round the back (away from the locals) of the ground to let the coach load of blues who were travelling back that night get on their coach. More waiting around & then escorted us back into Kiev to absolutely no trouble whatsoever. Kiev has the distinction (?) of being the setting for seeing the most City fans throwing up in public EVER. Saying that it`s hardly surprising what with a 10.05pm KO & unbelievably cheap drinks?

Luton when we were banned,Redmond scored the equaliser and I jumped up and looked around and was on my own.
I got the ticket from a bloke who picked up his comp's and he wouldn't take a penny either.
BorussiaMoenchenGladbach,in the UEFA cup in 1979.
There were more squaddies than blues,I've still got the stein with the club badge on,it must be a rare one as the squaddies launched most of them at the Germans.
Chester City, mid eighties pre season friendly.
We ended up on the piss with the players in the bar under the main stand at Sealand Rd.
Pre season tour to Switzerland in the 80's,no wonder everyone sacked it off,it was so expensive.
We ended up living on tomato's and bread, and drinking shit wine,so we could afford to get in.
The best thing is I can't remember, the opposition or scores.
Some good ones there.

I went to Luton when we were banned in 1990 and there were several hundred blues around the ground, and not hiding their allegiance either. I was with a group of 20 or 30 in the terrace behind the goal.

Weat Brom a few years ago on a Sunday was half empty. Just after a European trip and 42 quid. They had started the season well but we beat them with ease.

Was that the 3-0 when balotelli scored two? There were about 2500 at that one.

My ticket was in their main stand,I could actually see their chairman(Evans?);so my surrounds were blue free.

I remember Charlton away on Friday night before the Cup Final in 1966 .... Chatting to Crossan and Allison before the game as they got off the coach and chatted with City fans

There were only a few if us at Ipswich too earlier that season I think .... went on the usual coach from Aytoun St organised by "Les" I think ... long time ago of course Cheers

Were we banned then? I'm sure I went to that Luton game; again could be confusing things again?

*Edit*
Just double checked and I'm thinking about the 2-2 when Quinnie scored a screamer.

A volley from the edge of the box from a corner I think?

In injury time too iirc

That's the one! Went on my own to that. Remember trying to guzzle four bottles of Newkie Brown just before going into the ground. Not a pretty sight at half time.

Swansea New Years Day 2014 early kick off.just got back in my time machine. There were just 17 of us with massive hangovers
