Hi Scott,
My colleague Peter Fletcher passed me your email to respond to.
To the best of my knowledge smoke bombs are not outlawed but this isn’t the route we have taken for Sunday. I think there is a slight consideration with making sure they clear and do not obstruct kick off so if we did this it would need to be managed effectively.
As you say the fans have really got behind the game and are bringing their own elements to make it a day to remember.
Many thanks for your email and if you would like to discuss anything else around atmosphere please let me know.

so smoke bombs aren't outlawed,so in theory if i took a copy of the e-mail with me i should be ok, yes/no or would the stewards still get arsy? they aren't outlawed at COMS so therefore aren't illegal :)
as long as I live
kilometres i'll travel and I'll sing
that i didnt leave you in rough times
I followed you everywhere with loyalty
Sentenced for life in the stands with you
Even if I die I still be there
Neither death is enough
nor there you will be alone
The Club would like to confirm that smoke bombs are not welcome in the stadium and should anyone be found in possession of any smoke bombs or flares then they will be ejected and they will face a ban, we encourage fans to get behind the team but the use of anything that could affect the health or safety of any of our fans is prohibited.

Good old boring City. How about you sort out the away fans when they bring in shit like flares and smoke bombs instead of the stewards and police standing there doing fuck all.
Punish the home fan while the away fan does what they want.
Really are becoming a joke this "New City"
