A small percentage maybe....I certainly dont know any smokers that buy cheap, imported cigs. Not on a regular basis anyway...maybe once in a while if someone's got them, but certainly not to the extent that will cause the government to be out of pocket.

You're not serious are you ? I haven't smoked for over 7 years but everyone I know who does smoke, buys their fags or baccy tax free.
I don't know anyone who pays full price these days.

I don't know the cost of Tampax but that is not to assume that everyone I know that buys them, buys cheap imported Tampax.
