So is it safe to book the hotel for Wembley?

Booked the Ibis on Wembley Way with free cancellation last month. Never worried then and even less so now.

Did the same myself after the 1/4s.... Got it for £167 family room Friday to Monday ...

5 of us in there too. £59 per room with free cancellation should Fat Sam turn it around.

Same ere, think am gonna drive and split the fuel costs, with Barcelona looming I am gonna need some beer tokens for there.....

Same here, I'm getting the cheapest tickets for the final, I've sat in the good seats so I'm not bothered if I'm up in the gods for this match. £29 for the hotel room between 3 of us. Going to keep this trip down to a minimum with Barcelona away to pay for.

same as.

A few drinks Saturday might, a nice buffet meal in the Thai restaurant in upper class Uxbridge.

slumming it in the travel lodge Watford Saturday night late train back on sunday

Last three finals all been at 16.00 . Surely sky will dictate this as a kick off time (bit worried if earlier kick off as our train gets in at 12.40)

The Wembley website has KO as 2.00pm and confirm it will not change from this.

We booked The Wembley Hilton again on Thursday morning. It's a great experience being there on final day, a bar with a balcony overlooking the stadium etc.

I've just checked again and prices have tripled, so that's a result.

Just booked a premier inn not too far away for Saturday £29 for 3 of us, it was £71 if you wanted cancellation but I risked it... lets face it if I lose my £29 it will save me about £200 in tickets! Going to book my parking but place I usually use not open anymore which is a shame as it was great for a quick get away.

I am little concerned by that 2 pm KO time, that does not give fans up north much time to get down there, I don't think the first train from Manchester on a Sunday is till 9.00 am

First train of the day is 8:20. I'm on it.

You could just put £1 on West Ham to win the tie. It would more than cover hotel expenses.
