so Di Maria, who begged to come to us, is at the swamp and we couldn't go for Fabregas or Schneiderlin or Pogba to improve our home-grown quota because of the £49m cap and Negredo is on loan at Valencia with no space in our squad for him and £50m of the club's revenue is illegally being shared out among our rivals and we are drawn in the most difficult CL group for the third consecutive time.
A very minor inconvenience - I can see Clattenberg smiling now as the media prepare their latest batch of lies, smears and negative reports.

wrong!

Let's not be picky, we know what you mean, three out of four.

so what went wrong then? or was it just a ruse last years group.
and as previously discussed how would bayern think as being set up in a group of death 2 out of those 3 occasions? shouldn't it be shared around the cartel?

while we are at it what is the agenda against city broadcasting MOTD from the swamp?

First point - universally agreed on this forum for the reason given, don't know why we are still debating it

Second point - this is the debate we should be having
As George refuses to answer, the cartel who is it? The sky 4 ? A pan European one ?

As we become the behemoth we all think we are becoming, does this make the second point redundant as we become the very thing you say uefa want?

i think in all honesty we also suffer from platini's personal hatred of us and how we got our money. maybe he has an axe to grind with our owners for non football reasons. despite being drawn in a group of death almost every season, we also get fucked over by refs should we be close to making the knock outs. bayern away (tevez gate) two clear pens turned down. ajax home and away, bent as fuck. the groups seem to be getting harder the more co efficiants we reach. even when we draw a crap side from pot 4 they are moved to uniteds group (cruj) and replaced by dortmund. then we have ffp, how there is ANY fairness in a team restriced to 49m as another can spend 200m. its so obvious its unbelievable people can't see it. of course we know they can but something stops them saying so.
The people behind FFPR are in the background at UEFA. Platini is just the head or face of it, the ex-pro, elite player at the organisation.

There is no direct vendetta against Manchester City with regards to FFPR. From now on it will BENEFIT us. Yes, it will! We will be part of the group of clubs all cosy within our little group while the likes of Spurs AstonVilla Everton Fiorentina Valencia Shalke are all looking at us saying "look at City and the rest of them there all in cahoots with UEFA, nothing will ever touch them now, the corrupt bunch of twats!".

We are ONE club. One club cannot damage the cartel of the top 12-16 clubs in Europe. At worst we'd knock ONE club down a peg. The whole group are not bothered about ONE of us gatecrashing the party. Because all we're actually doing is joining it.

What FFPR has been out in place for is to stop a whole swathes of Manchester City type clubs with our type of owners coming en mass and really spoiling the party.

We are fine. We've been hit with a very minor sanction and fine this year and this year only and from now on we will be just another Bayern München and Manchester United looking down on everyone else.

UEFA has absolutely nothing against us.

And why are you only looking at our draw? All of the following clubs have also had an extremely difficult draw. And considering the size of some of those clubs, and considering some are also champions of their league, all of the following clubs have had it just as hard if not harder in their draw than we have:
Barça Paris Ajax Arsenal Dortmund Galatasaray Benfica Zenit Leverkusen Monaco München Roma.
Are UEFA against all of these clubs?

The "everyone is against us" argument is totally unconvincing!

Heard this said quite often but it really depends how you look at it.

Yes the drawbridge was pulled up after us meaning we're forever distanced from the Spurs, Villas, Newcastles et al.

But ADUG didn't take us over to make us bigger and better than Spurs, Villa, Newcastle - they did so to make us one day surpass United, Bayern, Madrid, and Barcelona.

Prior to FFP we had the financial muscle to facilitate this. Now we are handicapped with the clubs above being given the advantage back over us.

Yep also without FFP the scum wouldn't of got Di Maria he would of gone to PSG or us that making the scum weaker FFP is working as it should do

well - 2011/12 - Bayern, Napoli & Villareal 2012/13 - Dortmund, Real Madrid, Ajax,
2013/14 - Bayern, CSKA Moscow Viktoria Plzen 2014/15 Bayern, CSKA Moscow, Roma

if you compare all those with the other English clubs' groups you will find we got the most difficult - Napoli in last year's Arsenal group were nothing like the side we faced.

last years was not a group of death and you know it.
all commentators at the time said city will be happy with that group and we were.
we were negredo's weak right foot away from topping the group.

Why would anyone get upset about where match of the day is broadcast from? Have those who frequent other clubs' forums visited them to see if they care that is was broadcast from OT?
Not quite the same, mate and you know it.
Course it is, they're all part of the league and one club in particular still consider themselves more rivals to united than we are. I might be wrong and on every other forum from the other 18 clubs there could be threads asking why it was broadcast from there. I suspect not though.
This is just another of those gripes which take away any credibility from more serious posts about an agenda, because at the end of the day it doesn't really matter where motd is broadcast from, and it certainly doesn't suggest any form of anti-something to the other 19 clubs.
