You are correct, 'Black Power' (Malcolm X etc.) are inherently racist. Racism is not confined to whites against blacks (or the reverse). The worst racism ivr seen has between two different Asian communitues and without going into detail: we do jokes about Irish people, why is Bangladesh targeteted in a similar way?

They need a panel that love football but can mostly leave their allegiences at the door,big nose was well over the top,spitty boy level,people who tune in to get the goals as they go in dont want that imo,they want to hear what is going on in the games,likewise they need people who are not going to have inherient bias about us,they slag us no matter what we do ,it is boring now,fair and balanced chaps,that is all i ask

Yes, it has gone a bit off and I will do some research after what you wrote. But I always assumed Malcolm X sought to reform civil rights using all means possible (including violence) unlike MLK and for that reason I considered him to be 'bad' and the whole 'black power' movement too - due to its link to him.

But I am prepared to be educated on this.

I believe they were sacked as they had one year left on their existing contracts. I still don't quite get it: in the case of Matt Le Tissier, was he let go because he was one of the first to pull back from the BLM frenzy (I think he asked to lose the badge from his jacket) or had he said something bonkers about covid not being real - as someone else suggested on here? Or did Sky just want to make changes - as indeed they can, for some other reason?

Can I add (because some people have not been happy with some of my comments on this) that I'm open minded. The other day Ian Write became involved: condemning bigots on twitter who were basically saying these personnel changes were removing middle-aged white men to allow their pundit roles to be taken by POC including females and I believe he was correct to do so. Twitter is not good.

I'm reading his autobiography at the moment. And I like him, really like him - some of the stuff he said, he regretted and apologised for.
