Lawrenson has got to be next. He has been terrible for yearsI always respected Alan Hanson’s decision to recognise he had loss touch with the next generation of players and not renew his contract. What a shame Lineker didn’t have the same integrity, can’t think why...?£...:)
Irritating part, not that I watch it much anyway, is that they will no doubt go all pc with it now which will be painful.
Yeah, they probably don‘t want to be blamed for him going further off the rails, in case he does something he shouldn’t....He will be the shows token drug/gambling/booze addict.
Alex has proven herself to be a really good pundit,less of the old boys tired old cliches and more explaining why the player did what he didIf they're gonna get people in who played at a higher level and are more qualified to talk about the game than them then I think it'll be something worth watching. If it's Clinton Morrison, Darren Bent, Stephen Warnock, Alex the women's footballer, or anyone else then I think people will tune out.
