Know what you mean. I wanted to upgrade a junior to an adult yesterday.

I was on the phone for an hour and half to do something that took no more than a minute

I was on the verge of giving up which would have meant an empty seat for the counters

They don’t help themselves

I lost my daughters seasoncard a few months back. I phoned up and tried to sort it out and they said they'd send replacement out. Three days before Chelsea game still no replacement so phoned up again and they said I'd have to collect ticket from office before game. It took nigh on 45 minutes to collect them. About a week later replacement came and I thought job done. Next game we went in and ticket didn't register but the guy on gate let us in (cheers pal) Totally forgot about this incident and it happened again next game(again was let in) so I phoned the office again a few weeks back and they said they'd send me paper tickets to my address for remaining games. STILL NO TICKETS! I've given up and will have to queue for tickets again Saturday morning which is going to be a pain in the arse again. But this is the latest fuck up in a very long list.

TBH, I think most people posting on this thread are having a jape.

Most City aren’t really that bothered about empty seats, as it’s something that is brought up regularly by United fans, Liverpool fans, and the media, pampering to those two sets of fans. Click bait.

I think the bigger and more genuine concern for City fans is the price of tickets, and how that affects our fan base, and the demographics of our fan base, which in return affects the level of suppport and the atmosphere inside the stadium.
