Officially sold out now. Probably just needed a person to come in the office at 9am to click a switch

Whether it sells out or not(and by the look of it, it will) something really needs to be done about the whole ticketing system from top to bottom. Prices, season tickets, the website, away ticket allocation,the generally poor (not always but generally) poor customer service etc etc.. I now avoid contact with the ticket office like the plague.

There's one thing that I can't get my head around.

Are the media, and other fans taking the piss about the fact that we haven't got thousands of bandwagon jumping tourists coming to our games? I'm quite glad we haven't completely turned into united, liverpool and Chelsea just yet.

Know what you mean. I wanted to upgrade a junior to an adult yesterday.

I was on the phone for an hour and half to do something that took no more than a minute

I was on the verge of giving up which would have meant an empty seat for the counters

They don’t help themselves

The club don’t help themselves here. FFS just announce it as sold out, like the league game.

Absolute waste of time counting seats on that planner hoping for a full house you know what the club are like. They will have given blocks and block away too allsorts, corporate, third party companies, schools etc etc hope they show up.

Yes, I can almost guarantee that as we pull into the coach park tonight there will several coaches full of school kids. It's the same every CL & domestic cup evening game.
