I have thought about this a lot and I've come to this conclusion.

My background,I coach another team sport at a fairly decent level and invest a lot of time into researching what makes teams click and how to keep them up.

.

has anyone else noticed if you look at the work click quickly it looks like dick!! he he he

It's the gypsy curse
i seem to remember my dad mentioning this a few years back what is the story with us...

It is said that when Maine Road was built in 1922/3, a gypsy camp was evicted to make way for the building work.

The club is reported to have been cursed by one of the pissed off residents.

Maybe it was reissued because the first one didn't take.

;-)

I think it was meant to have been lifted some time in the 1990's

For me........ To many changes in the team, as in players are not sure how long they will be at City. Insecurity as too many players have been sold, benched or substituted and loaned out. "A bunch of individuals and was noticeable at times last season"

Who is responsible, I don't know, but we will win nothing without team spirit, passion, or players feeling that they are part of CITY. Most of the top teams have a squad built "with money" over a long period of time. We have brought in far to many players over a very short time.
i think this is true... to many changes in to short time... making everyone unsure and feeling disillusioned... i think it has to be addressed as soon as possible

I would agree with this as well, it would be interesting to compare which team has the ages of squads, with regards to how long the players have been at the clubs, for the whole league. I bet ours would be the newest squad.

So why not give Mancini 3 and a half years and stop laying into him after 6 weeks?! honestly, it's now ingrained in the fans to call for the heads of the staff after bad results, it's a vicious circle and will only continue to hurt us as it has done for years unless we grow out of it.

Back Mancini, let him manage the club his way, give him the time and money he wants to get his own players, own squad and right the wrongs of Hughes reign. He's a proven top class manager, you can't argue with facts, and his transfer market past is mouth watering. It's just time we dropped that "typical city" attitude and grew up as a club, and as fans.
