Songs banned by the BBC.... and why.

This Smiths single “I started something I couldn’t finish” got pulled shortly before release because it contained the lines:
“And the pain was enough
To make a shy bald Buddhist
Reflect and plan a mass murder….’’

The planned release of the single was a week or so after Michael Ryan went on the rampage with a gun in Hungerford, Wiltshire.

Instead, “Stop me if you think that you’ve heard this one before” was released as a single, using the same planned video as “I started something…..” with the newer song played over the film,

There wasn’t much of the Bollocks album they could play!

That interview with Lydon was never broadcast at the time because of the Savile comment

Most probably because BBC hierarchy were in the same paedophile ring as Sadvile, and I bet several high court judges, high rank police officers, politicians, catholic priests and even some members of the Royal family were involved. I'm not saying king Charlie was/is a kiddy fiddler but Andy most definitely is.

Charlie and Maggie Thatcher were friends with Sadvile, talk about protection, wow! No wonder he never got banged to rights. They both used to ask Sadvile for advice, fuckin' hell.

Sickens me how many nonces hide behind their profession who can so easily get their hands on children to abuse them to satisfy their sordid sexual gratification.

Song about hugging a fat lass and using chalk to mark where you have been, BBC didn't like it so they banned it.
