I agree partly with that, but all top clubs do have a ruthless streak and that shouldn't be overlooked in my view.

3. Have pace, creativity, spontaneity and a mindset of not being beaten.

5. Transfers – where able, continue to do business outside the glare of the media. The club have targets or not, the club do not need to engage with the media in confirming potential targets. Confirm transfers when they are done.

4. Look at cost of merchandise e.g. shirts for both adults & children – do they really have to be such a high a cost?
5. If not already done, consult with Supporters’ Club/s about Viagogo ticket exchange scheme – what are the benefits and why should City fans use it.

I'm getting to the point where I want Mancini to stay just so he p*sses certain posters off, even more than he does now. It'll also mean we're still winning things.
