They do it shit, then. It is utter, utter shit, ffs. Corner, waa waa waa,. Free kick, wa wa wa. Red Card wa wa wa, penalty wa wa wa, goal wa wa wa. Equalizer wa wa wa. Lionel Messi wa wa wa.

Don't be defending that because it is bollocks. It is cretinism beyond belief! Wa wa fucking wa.
It's not as bad as Corner, moan moan moan, Free kick moan whinge moan, Red Card moan whinge moan referees a bastard, penalty referees a bastard moan moan moan, Equalizer moan moan moan moan etc etc etc. They just do it different from us, and that's all.

We'd be able to hear people moaning whilst watching a match on the tv? Er, no.

-- Fri Jun 18, 2010 9:46 am --

I'm not bothered about the Vuvuzela's ... its their World Cup, not ours. Other countries probably got fed up of "Footballs coming home" during Euro'96 but that didnt get banned.

We are thousands of miles away, sat in a pub or at home watching the game and we are telling the locals what they should are shouldnt do? Not good.

Besides ... when SA are knockout, all the stadiums will be empty for rest of the tournament, so those who are whinging will have to settle with the dull commentary instead.

What do you mean it's their World Cup, not our's? Since when did it become the South African Cup

Correct. The only thing more annoying than that moronic din is people making excuses for that moronic dim.

Rugby - largely watched by white S.Africans
Football - largely watched by black S.Africans

Why is it "backward"? I'm told by someone who was at one of the matches that at the stadium it doesn't come across as one monotonous sound as a number of small groups of fans are actually playing tunes on them but on the TV all of that merges into what seems like a single note.

There is no way on this planet that's true. No way.
