Dip in form…. When was our “good” form this season?!
Well, if we're playing in 'bad form' and second in the league to a team with no extra baggage except a cup game, I think we're doing fucking great, myself!!

He is shockingly bad at the moment and I am not sure why. He has come back from the World cup and looked desperately poor. I just hope he can find some form until the end of the season but he is not the only one.Cancelo gave the ball away 3 times in the first 90seconds,watch again if you don’t believe me. He was absolutely garbage tonight, utter shit
I know Southampton really struggled with it ….We were awful, plenty has been and will be said about the poor performances, but that kit clash couldn’t have helped.
Peripheral vision basically useless. At times it genuinely looked like players were struggling to quickly determine which were teammates and which were opposition. Happened even with the players coming on in the second half.
I’d include whoever approved wearing the third kit in the match ratings with a -1/10.
Every single 'top team' in the Prem will have a dip in form due to the massively stuffed season.
Injuries, form and second string players will have a big part to play this season for everyone.
Swings and roundabouts.
That's only one and a half ;-)I'm guessing you have blanked Everton and the first half at Chelsea from your mind.
Yeah, I by now means blame our woeful performance on the kit clash, but I genuinely do think it didn’t help us.I thought I was going potty at the start of the game and not just with the performance. You couldn't even tell which team was which by the way they were shooting because we were going backwards so often. There was no contrast on shirt, shorts or socks.
A Fernandinho, Silva and Yaya midfield (in their prime) would destroy this current team. The Derby game earlier this season was the best 70 mins of football I think I have ever seen…..but we stopped playing for the last 20 and I don’t think Pep has ever picked the same side again (realise Walker has been injured)
I really think the constant rotation has caused some of the issues ( Dias is a shadow of himself)
We seem so short of pace and energy ( except against a crap Chelsea on Sunday when the press was fantastic) but the real problem is our lack of creativity In midfield.
From the Mancini days up until last season our midfield was the best bar none but not anymore.
The United decline started with their midfield…..we can’t fall into the same trap.
