Southampton (H) | PL | Post-Match Thread

Today Brentford scored an injury time winner, Bournemouth and Wolves both scored injury time equalisers, that what teams set up to do against us. Stay in the game and then in the last few minutes try and nick something. If they concede another whilst trying to equalise they will accept as one of those things. But Southampton, whilst having plenty of possession against us, 42%, only managed two shots on target both in the second half. They had no idea what to do once they crossed halfway. Better watching them rather than Arse but we could have done with a second to really kill them off. But unbeaten, a clean sheet at last in the league and another three points.

What do you think may happen? Just De Bruyne, Rodri, Doku, Grealish, Walker and Bobb missing as options??

Yes they were, their left back crossed the entire pitch to get off instead of taking the short way out, Downes had several miraculous recoveries before going off, Ramsdale being down for 2 minutes for whatever the fuck, if you think being content with a 1-0 loss is decent well that's your opinion but I don't think so.
Not content with the loss but the performance was better than a lot of teams we've faced here.
