I blame Moss and VAR

Moss can’t possibly look at that and decide there was no contact. An experienced professional ref should be able to call that right 100% of the time. When you think of some of the penalties both red cheat teams get awarded, it’s quite worrying for the integrity of the game

As for VAR.. how do you explain that. It’s not incompetence as they had every angle and as much time they wanted to call the right decision.. impossible to decide anything but tell Moss he’s got it wrong and tell him to look at it

so what was it? They’re either reluctant to publicly highlight the refs incompetence .. or they’re corrupt to the core
Erm 2nd for me!

I am sick of bent/incompetent refs and VAR.
I am also sick of wankers who post shit on the BBC saying we are "soulless". Whatever the fuck that means. Some twat from fucking Yeovil, who it's a million to one on is a plastic fan of one of the Sky mafia. I wish these twats would focus on their own shit clubs - or rather the teams they profess to support. It's not City's fault that the other "big" teams are badly run and only marginally ahead of Accrington Stanley in modern football understanding.
Mate, all teams have a stereotype, and no matter what we do we are stuck with it. Snide comments, its the money, etc etc rinse repeat....No matter what we do, there is always a BUT......
We just have to get on with it...........

Exactly. I honestly don’t ”admire” Phil for his attempt at honesty, lol, as it’s blatant and if he went down even Moss wouldn’t have not given the initial pen, and I guarantee it wouldn’t have got overturned.
It shouldnt matter if phil is honest or not that's what VAR is they for to look for contact !
So VAR can see the contact or the non contact dive lol

Correctly Moss is getting shit for his shite performance but the penalty incident may have been difficult to see. The real corruption comes from VAR who have replay after replay showing the most blatant of fouls. It is inexplicable how that was not given a penalty. And don’t get me started on that bellwhiff Hinchcliff...

Problem is, regardless of the number of errors they all make, they are still there the next game, the next season etc etc. Same names, same faces, same errors.

Hard to be upset about winning 5-2, but quite apart from Moss and VAR doing their best to lose us points, at times we looked well capable of losing them ourselves.

A good confidence booster for KDB. I thought Mahrez Phil and Gundo were good particularly in the second half, but we looked like we hadn’t got a midfield at times in the first half.

Disappointed by both of their goals judging by our defensive performances up until our last two games.

But hard to moan about bouncing back from the weekend and scoring 5 times, despite the ref.

From BBC

"For all Man City's success and wealth (just look at that squad!) their club lacks the most important thing, a soul. People may laugh but the reason other clubs like Liverpool, Man Utd, Arsenal amongst others come through hardships is because of a real fan base that helps to push the club on coupled with genuine principles that these clubs live by. Money is part of the modern game but aside from this what do City have? A belief in the academy? Loyalty from players? Or fans? I don't think so. Would Pep stick around if they were still at Maine Road without the wealth? They can't even fill their own stadium at the best if times. Yes they'll win the league but they won't win the hearts of football fans."
Alex, Yatton

1. Of course the bbc post this on the match feed.
2.We should start a collection for Alex so he can buy some books, get some internets and realise History started a lot fucking earlier than 2008. FUCKING MARDY ARSE ****.
I've complained, fuck the BBC!

If Moss is blind, he shouldn't be allowed to officiate surely ?
I admit he should have seen the foul but I noticed he was positioned poorly again a sign of a poor ref so I gave him a leave pass.

it should have been overturned on VAR no ifs no buts and if he had of been summoned to a look and still said it wasn't a penalty then I don't want him as ref in any game at the elite level least of all with us playing.

the bloke in charge of VAR should have a lot of explaining to do but too late to give us the penalty of course.

It shouldnt matter if phil is honest or not that's what VAR is they for to look for contact !
So VAR can see the contact or the non contact dive lol
Not right though mate, as it’s all about the decision not being given and then not overturned. Whereas if he’d gone down it would have been given and then not overturned as a mistake. That’s why we get continually shafted.
