Wolfsburg played to Dzeko's strengths we never have.

I wouldnt want to if it means more route one.

that's not how wolfsburg played with dzeko

Exactly. Wolfsburg played low or high drilled crosses. Imagine if we had gotten Alexi Sanchez way back when?

We've played badly, yes...

But why do we have to slag each other and the players off?

Let's criticize (not slag), be civil, and try to get behind the team.

Some of the comments (especially about Nasri) have bordered on hate crime.

Want a job?

You are spot on, it appears that some people lack any form of self control, it's embarrassing

Does it have a hazard wage?

I get frustrated (I was overly optimistic about this match, as I admitted after the second goal) just like everyone else but let's be honest with ourselves: we have come so far that we are angry that we're only going to finish SECOND or THIRD in the league! Five years ago those thoughts would be proceeding a very early morning squint at dawn's light through the bedroom's east window.

We can be frustrated but this putrid spirit has to go!
You're right. It's gotten really bad. Too many people dividing themselves into factions based on their favorite players. I've honestly never seen the like on a club's board. Never.

Fair play to Southampton they came out and pressed us and got what they deserved, the positive is we have the second half and only a goal deficit to rectify this and I believe we can, As for the Edin bashers get a grip, he is paid to score and he has, it's the middlefield that has let us down. bring jimmy on for barry and push yaya forward a bit more, give nasri 10 mins to step up or get him off give sinclair a chance.

As for the pen it was an obstruction so an indirect free kick should have been given

We will win this I believe it

We`ll still win this...

Hope springs eternal but we are just not at the races today or maybe we are mentally at least.

You want to give the opposition some credit but the space we are giving them and the school boy defense today suggests we are stuffed today.

Right then Blues ( and I mean all of you) lets all get behind the team and the players 2nd half, lets forget the first half thats in the past.

Come on City, you are champions and you can do this..

You have to believe..

And you Sir are a prick!
he has a point he is beyond pedestrian and has been for weeks. Why don't you try watching him, his passing slows us as a unit he cant run, he's late in the tackle. he probably has exceptional passing stats cos he chooses easy options. I cannot see any reason to believe Milner couldnt do a better job in his place. At least he's add some urgency and pace to compensate for Baz18 complete pedestrianism.

Mate, I watch every game I can. He has never had fast legs but his brain goes 100mph. He wins balls and does not give them away, end off. He is not in the team for his creative abilities. He is there to anchor the midfield and he does that very well week in week out.

If Milner can do a better job that is open for a debate.

He only looks good because he usually has a lot of the time on the ball. In every match where the opposition midfield has pressed at a high tempo barry has crumbled, happend in the champions league and again tonight.
