The police statement has said ‘at this stage we aren’t treating it as a terrorist incident’

That may change-following searches, interviews etc but it doesn’t have a deeper meaning.

Trust the police on it-the youth has only been in custody a few hours, it’s likely that he’s been in hospital in which case his clock hasn’t even started-he’ll need an appropriate adult for interviewing and that may not happen tonight (he will need 8 hours rest at some point, usually from 10-11)- it’s v early in the investigation
