For me, and I’m sure it’s the same for many Blues, there’s the paradox of wanting City players to do well, but also wanting them out of the tournament ASAP, so that they can have a rest, before the season starts.

I’ll be supporting Spain tonight because of Rodri, Aymeric and Jesús.

For me, and I’m sure it’s the same for many Blues, there’s the paradox of wanting City players to do well, but also wanting them out of the tournament ASAP, so that they can have a rest, before the season starts.

I definitely feels this way for Stones, Walker, and Foden far more than I do Rodri, even though he needs a long rest more than any of them.
