I haven't kept up with this thread, but I assume the following have already been suggested:

- All women/men are whores/bastards so fuck em

- Go out and get fucked/don't go out and get fucked

- Stop texting her

- Transexuals are the ever-grateful best of both worlds and we'll never judge you.

The greatest lesson I learned during my recent split with my partner of thirteen years was 'At times like this, don't worry about fucking too many other people around. A lot of people close to you will treat the whole thing as their own personal soap opera and will smile because it isn't their lives that have gone wrong this week. Just don't, whatever you do, fuck yourself over. You'll never get over that'. If this sounds selfish, it is. Sometimes you have to be. Only when you're fit yourself can you think of anybody else.

Now go and have fun. But when it stops being fun, so do you. That's the deal. Good luck.

Haha im waiting for it, i know it comes with the territory. To be fair im finding this quite helpful. As my friends have been saying she will regret it and contact you again, probably trying to sugar coat it. The brute honesty is refreshing and actually helping. The thing is my none uni friends are abit rough so the kind of girl that id meet with them will be scruffs and not bird material, so what im saying is that i feel as if my last chance at finding a nice bird has gone.

I was a bit of a player in my youth, menial jobs but knew how to have a good time, yeah we all feel bad when our "1 true love" ends but I'm in my 40's now and my G/F at the moment of several years is quite high up in the nhs, and my previous G/F of 10/11 years a "head teacher" at a high school, when I was single between those 2, several professional women were interested in relationships with me, but I couldn't be arsed, so at the grand old age of 22 don't think it's ur last chance of getting a decent woman! As long as U have a good personality, sense of humour, nice smile and a big dick U'll be fine! :)
