That's because he's going to UTDThis Sky wankfest about Kane is astonishing

I’mThe matchday thread and this is akin to a boxers corner throwing the fucking towel in after 10 seconds and one punch!
Get a fucking grip ffs.
No divine right to win every game or every PL. This manager and squad has broken records, left, right and centre and will do so again over the next few years as he rebuilds.
Meanwhile we are 2nd in the fucking PL and still in the FA cup and CL.
I’ll never let go at this season ticket. It’s just frustrating. The club is and always will be bigger than players/managers regardless of their success. I feel like too many players are going through the motions and are just not hungry anymore. I love Pep but the vast majority of our failings this season are coming from him.Mate I've had a seasoncard for about the same time as you. I travel 160 miles to the Etihad. I have to contend with bad weather, train strikes and cancellations and road conditions if I drive But I know I'm fortunate to have access to one of the world's top teams playing in the world's top league. And that gives me access to seeing other top teams and players from the UK and abroad.I know there are thousands of football fans who would give their right arm to have what I have. Where I live other footie fans are envious. I understand how you feel but please just count your seasoncard blessing.
I don't see much "entitlement", just disappointment and frustrationAnd many will be gone and replaced in the summer as well you know.
If we don’t win the league this season so be it, I’m over it already.
Honestly the fucking entitlement on here is off the scale.
What next? Campaigns for new owners?
Add the inability to control a ball without it bouncing 5 yards and passing the ball 10 yards to a team mate and that is what you will get. What I saw today was a group of players who aren’t one bit arsed about winning another title.
The lack of work rate, desire, hunger and drive was fucking stark.
The eye of the tiger of previous seasons has turned into a glass eye.
There was only Grealish and Walker who actually put a shift in, the rest were idle bastards.
Very unpleasant watching.
With Haaland in the team we're effectively playing with 10 men. He's doing his job in staying on the shoulders of the central defenders and making the runs he's supposed to but no one is looking for him. Has he pissed off all his team mates? I thought Eddie would look for him with a couple of his precision long kicks, but nothing! Misquoting from 'There's only one Jimmy Grumble' - "Give it to bloody Erling"
Agree mate. We gotta take this season on the chin. No point blaming everyone. We have a lot of problems that need addressed. It’s not working so let Khaldoon, txiki and pep find the solution. They have not let us down in the past. No knee jerk decision will be made. Pep will lead us into a new era after the summer. Hold tight blues it’s gonna be bumpy. As I said to a mate of mine who was celebrating Arsenal's loss yesterday, their defeat would only mean something if we took advantage, & we failed miserably to do so.
I actually thought we were playing well until Rodri's suicide pass to Lewis. Today was always gonna be about Kane breaking records & so it proved.
Spurs did the same to us as ManUre did. They packed their defence & central midfield leaving us zero space, but their wingbacks also nullified our width, so we couldn't get around or behind them. On the few occasions we managed it, their penalty area was packed. We were just out-thought tactically.
At all times Haaland was surrounded by 3-4 players & because midfield space was at a premium, it left him isolated. We were relying on KDB playing long through balls in the hope Haaland latched onto one, but it wasn't to be. Surely this can't be our only tactic to score?
There was a time where Merlin would have thrived in those tight spaces. He would pull the opposition all over the place & thread blind passes through to Sterling, Aguero, Sané, Mahrez or onto an overlapping KDB. This is the creative spark we're seriously short of since Bernardo's mind seems to be elsewhere.
Failing at Spurs comes as no surprise, as they just seem to have the hex over us. I've been trying to put my finger on what's up with us this season & it seems there's a mentality & commitment issue within the squad.
We don't have a vocal, natural leader in the mode of Kompany any longer. Dias is the closest we have, but when his minutes are being managed we seemingly have no one else to step up as we did with David Silva/Fernandinho.
Grealish really wanted it today, but he too was crowded out & seemed isolated at times meaning he was faced with 3 players, or the option of a backward/sideways pass with Spurs defending en masse & ready to counter at speed.
Guardiola has his work cut out. After Cancelo's shock departure I thought today's performance would tell us a lot about the 2023 Manchester City. It seems our current issues run deep.
We've a HUGE summer ahead of us which again will tell us a great deal about where this current iteration of our squad is headed... It seems the days of KDB & Bernardo being able to raise their levels & pull us up by the bootstraps, & inspiring everyone else around them is over.
We need change & energy in our engine room. We need a dedicated LB & pace & trickery on the wings. We also need to make a quick decision with Philips. We needed to raise the midfield temperature & pace today & were unable to do so until the final 7 minutes when Spurs went down to 10.
I trust that the club know exactly what's wrong & what the solution is. This summer is gonna be fuckin massive!
But would have been better with no CF and Pep 'enjoying' the challenge, now, it feels like i told you so..it's not just that, but other teams have worked us out and pep can not find a new setup that works
