Spurs (A) Post match Thread

Eriksen is pretty good too to be fair.

Started particularly poorly this season, although may have been due to the abdominal issue he had.

I cannot see them doing well this season. They look a bit stale and tired. The full backs have been poor, Kane looks weary and Lloris appears to be regressing. While Alli doesn't appear as effective. They Itreally needed flesh blood last summer. It would not surprise me if they got progressively worse as the season continues.

Here’s a replay. Lamela with 3 snide jabs to the back of Mendy’s head. What a shithouse.

Has someone reported this to the FA? As Lamela went unpunished, that should be reviewed by the disciplinary panel, surely?

Sounds terrifying

Lamela punching back of Mendy's head like a boxing bag. Sissoko trying to break Sterling's leg ( Sterling must be getting used to this as business as usual after Kane's attempt last year) and Lucas blatantly diving five feet in front of ref hoping to get a foul. Spuds came armed as usual with their pathetic tactics on a lousy pitch but still could not overcome our class.

Don't forget Lamela's dive in the box that he didn't get booked for, this and last season they played like a small team

Eriksen and Kane have been carrying them for the past year IMO. Both look tired but your team being so dependent on you probably does that eventually. Alli is not a bad player but whilst he looked like was going to be top class at one point, he hasn't kicked on at all. As you say, the keeper looks like he's lost it, the rest of the team are much of a muchness and they have stood still in the summer while others have strengthened. The fans are pissed off, the manager seems pissed off and probably wants to join Real so it wouldn't be a surprise if it is a real struggle for them to stay in the top four this season. They lose Eriksen and/or Kane, I think they are battling with Everton for a place in the top half of the table.
