Spurs fan in Colin bell and the minute's silence

Before the game my friend at work who is a Liverpool fan said that his Dad who is a Spurs fan had got a box in the CB stand. His dad is Irish and works on the rigs so I'm wondering if this is the guy who is being talked about. Can't check as I am not in work today

I sit in 328 in the upper tier, near the front. The shout actually sounded to come from down on tier 2.

But the guy was escorted out from the top tier.

During the minute's silence a lone voice( which sounded Irish to me) bellowed out ' come on spurs!' from somewhere in the Colin bell stand. Noone reacted to it, which is usually how these things get out of hand :One idiot and 200 people shouting 'shhhhhhhhh'. I was fleetingly glad this hadn't happened and then forgot all about it.

At half time as I had a drink I heard a kerfuffle down the concourse. A pack of
Blues appeared to be shouting at some huge lump of a guy who was trying to walk past and ignore them. There was a bit of pushing and it all was a bit confusing. 3 or 4 minutes later there was another kerfuffle, this time I was nearer. A huge, bearded guy was being escorted by stewards from the stand. He had a spurs hat on. Again, people had rounded on him and I realised what was going on; he was the one who destroyed the minute's silence and the good old citizens of the Colin bell upper tier were throwing the prick out. Everyone was shouting 'you disrespectful bastard' in his face as he has to walk the walk of shame down the concourse.

Anyone else see this incident?

I'm in CBL3. Only thing I heard were people on the concourse who hadn't taken their place and prob weren't aware the minutes silence . Didn't hear that. Was it in hospitality?
Quality! I sit in the same stand as Dids and Mr Ewing!!

Anyway, whilst I saw the numpty being led away, I didn't think he was that big?

Also I heard someone shout "come on Blues" in the middle of the silence. However, in mitigation, City Ladies were playing at mini CoMS and you could hear them shouting (ie the noise from their game travelled), plus a loud ref's whistle just before the lad shouts "come on Blues", so in fairness it was probably a reaction to that whistle. Easy mistake to make I reckon.

The important thing is, I sit in the same stand as the two Daves! :)

Give it a few more pages, and it'll turn out to be someone famous, with other allegations regarding under-aged children. The witch hunt is on!

More to the point, strongbow, we were clearly stood right next to each other. At the side of the bar at the bottom of 327's steps out.

Wierdly, I am always in the end bar, at the north stand end, but some guy had come with my Dad and gone to the wrong bar to get them in.

I saw him as a big hairy lump but it did all happen quickly.

I hope the bell-end (no pun intended) is also banned at White Hart Lane.

Yay!! I was with my lad (he had a black coat on with Phoenix on the back), I was the fat, speckie, baldie in a grey hoodie.

I genuinely couldn't believe he was in our end with spuds hat on. As has already been said, we've all been in the home end at some point or other but there are certain guidelines you follow aren't there?! What a knob.

Noise in the Colin bell stand. Can't be true.

Some of us in the CBL1 still shout (not during the silence I hasten to add). In fact I got laughed at (in a nice way) today when I was doing the YaYa/Kolo song with the people over in the corner of the East Stand because I was doing the actions as well and not a soul around me was doing it!! A bit embarrassing I can tell you!! :-)

You weren't on your own. I was doing it as well and also got laughed at. it was my missus that was doing the giggling at the pair of us:-)

Did anyone see the big lump of a City fan squaring up to a couple of gobby young cockneys on the grass verge opposite The Mitchell Arms after the game? Seemed they had been shouting something he didn't like, then share themselves when he confronted them on his own
