Spurs (H) Post Match Thread

Just watching MOTD2. Phil Neville has a weird haircut.
Too many words. Should be "Herman Munster is weird". Why do the BBC employ him? His analysis each time he's on MOTD/2 is not very constructive. He's like the Paul Whitehouse character from the Fast Show. Every week it's "Int Hazard brilliant" "Int Rashford brilliant" "Int Coutinho brilliant". Shows how much his opinion is valued that Wee Davey didn't invite him to join his backroom staff at West Ham. He's hanging on the coat tails of his more famous brother.

I thought the substitution of Jesus for Aguero was the sign of a master at work,(I'm not slagging Sergio of by the way). Spurs had started to get a foot hold in the game and were having long shots at goal, none on target. When Gabby came on we reinstated our dominance in their half of midfield and he made a big part in Kev's goal

He is a rag what else would you expect.

There's definitely a satisfaction to putting Spurs back in their place.

After 9 games as a City player, Kyle Walker had spent more time at the top of the table than he had in 9 years at Spurs. Says it all really.
loving it I'm nicking that to wind up the spuds fans I know

Watching it again now on City TV i was surprised how one sided the game was as nervous energy tend to cloud your thoughts on things when you watch it live.

The All Time best stat from this game has to be:

Ederson had more key passes than Erikson or Dele!

Some of Mangala's passing was not so simple. At one point he saw Sterling free and he delivered a 50 yard diagonal pass right to his feet.
He impressed yesterday. A better option than Kompany at the moment.
Felt yesterday that he looked so much more composed with the ball #pep effect
