It was a bit odd that he wasn't involved at all last night.
He was hardly seen on any of those training pics throughout the last two weeks, and it can hardly be coincidental. Maybe Balague was right after all and Pep + his staff realized he's so out of shape that he needs to build on his fitness first? Either this, or simply he picked up another injury in training.

You can see him in the training video in Germany that's just been put up, I'm guessing he picked up a knock.

Amazed he didn't play against Munich. Must be injured. No excuses from him now he's had a summer to rest, missed most of last season, new manager so it's time to step up.

He was training with everyone in the video of them training at Munich's training complex

Not getting near any of the pre season squads despite having been there since the beginning and training alone. Reckon this is the process of forcing him out tbh.

I like nasri, but if he can't get himself fit before a new season then he doesn't deserve to be here. Was missing for majority of last season, no euros so has the summer to himself to get himself in shape for pre season and he comes back fat.

reckon he is just been left behind to work on his fitness.....will need a couple of weeks to get up to speed.

I think people have forgotten he was out injured for quite a long time and are being harsh on him

tbf he's had over a month and he's still not deemed worthy to even train with the first team yet. Dunno, does not look good for the guy.

That pretty much sums up my thoughts on the situation. It was a shame he was injured for so much of last season, but he has no excuse for turning up out of shape for pre season. Hardly a great impression to make on your new manager, it's taking the piss to be quite honest.

If Pep decides to give him a chance I hope Nasri can show him that he is worthy of a place in the squad, but it's up to him now.
