'Height inflation' really is running rampant these days isn't it? I remember when anything over 6ft had you considered 'the tall one'

Denis Law was 5`10" max and for me one of the finest headers of a ball.
All about timing and certainly Law could easily rise against a much bigger centre half.

I think Kompany is excellent in the air as it is anyway, a complete defender. If we can bring in a youthful prospect with all the attributes alongside him we could have an excellent partnership forming.

From that Arsenal match, I couldn't really note many mistakes of Savic's. Solid lad. But then again, this only time I seen him.

One thing I liked was his concentration and how he reacted to things. He was always the first to move and position, etc. Hard to say exactly what I mean but you would have to watch and see.
