I have no doubt in my mind that Chelsea would definitely be willing to sign him but I don't think they'd meet that request. AOC got £60k a week less than Arsenal offered him according to the BBC (he's on £120k base now supposedly), so there's a high likelihood that Sterling would have to accept reduced terms from what he's asking if he moved.
