Sterling’s contract - three year extension confirmed

Oh and by the way,as I attend the matches,and have a season ticket as I have for many years,I'm more entitled to say what I want about any individual I pay my money to see,unlike yourself who relies on tv and match reports to get an even better understanding of what is actually going on,a bit more food for thought with you.

As for a debate,you don't know how to handle a debate lad,because when you lose a debate,as you do a lot,you'll throw some meaningless stat into the equation,which makes it look like you have done research,very clever,but too old to fall for it me
oh right so I must have much more an idea than yourself then as I have been going much longer than yourself. a fan is a fan, any country any length of time. we all have the same say.

No debate won or lost yet,it's ongoing,and because he highlights past posts and events,or even has time to do that,speaks for itself really.

I have had many meaningful discussions on here,it happens,being on for almost 10 years,but don't let a good stat get in the way of a debate then eh ? Is that your feelings as well ?

You can continue pissing your pants all day long,that is of no concern to me,and as you have only been on a few months I suggest you take a look at the bigger picture before casting aspersions,but as you have had over 600 posts in 4 months it looks as though you might have plenty to say in the coming months as well anyway
He he he. Great you bit. I've read those posts again and again whilst trying to dry myself and there is nothing in there which reflects a view underpinned by evidence or a reasonable rationale. Im not in the slightest or remotely interested in your length of time in this forum. If your suggesting that it is evidence of your ability to discuss or debate, read your ownoposts again which have been put up, you are sadly mistaken. What next? My dicks bigger than yours. Jesus Christ!!!!

That's not my problem that you are older than me though is it ?

I go and so entitled to my views as well,but they get undermined as soon as someone doesn't agree,so I'll stand my ground

@meeesh clearly has a very limited understanding on football judging by his Sterling comments on this thread and keeps trying to derail it with petty insults against the other guy who is actually making sound points based in evidence and statistics.

Anyway, hopefully Sterling signs his extension as he'd be a big miss in this team, he adds a lot more danger to our attack when he plays. Hoping this England "injury" is giving him time to sit down and sign a new deal :)

Also the irony here tickled me;
The thing is that he's not lost the debate though, he's put a volley in the top corner metaphorically speaking. From what I've read with absolute delight he's very cleverly set out why, it appears difficult to engage you in any meaningful discussion, whilst making me nearly piss my pants wet with laughter by showing how the content of your posts seem woefully out of touch or bereft of comments sense.

I've said it a few times. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion. Many have disagreed with me and quite rightly but when they have you can most of the time see their arguments or see a kernel of sense about where there coming from. Even with the most abusive of posts you can see something of an argument when u cut through the bluster. But then posts? I'd genuinely like to know where the fella is coming from. It may be just those posts I saw earlier but when you read them it does not read like a fan. I fuckin hated Bellamy before he came to city, could not stand him. Same with Andrew Cole, you have to call him Andrew now, I gather. But when them guys pulled on the city shirt I would have a bad word said against them. Listen I don't expect everyone to love sterling, that's Liverpool cult like shit. You have to be able to question and criticise but blimey, some of what I read seemed a bit harsh and I could not see the reasoning. So Meeshhh! what's the score man. Come back to me regarding sterling, why dont you rate him? I am genuinely interested to know without any friction where your coming from.

Yea very limited indeed,I'm only 47,not seen too much

I think more than his finishing he was so much better, more aggressive at getting into those positions where he was likely to score and as highlighted the back post being particularly fruitful for his goal tally.

One on ones the ball seems to often be under his feel (probably due to his dribbling style) and that is definitely something that can be coached though pressure and instinct may still result in it being a trait.

I would never have guessed you have coaching badges. Out of interest , how would you begin to coach and improve his " dribbling style"
