I deleted lots of both posts as they weren't necessary, why are you ignoring the fact that you stated exactly what Karen said you did while now trying to muddy the waters? If you made a mistake in your original wording just say so but nobody can possibly read your original post any other way then that you thought he was running his contract down.

How can't you read it any other way when at the end of the post you quoted I put "if he is trying to run his contract down of course" My post was with the scenario someone else said so I was replying as if he was running it down. I don't think he is and I hope he isn't, my post was my thoughts if he was. Now piss off Karen it is weird you have two log ins.

I clearly in several posts pointed out I don't think he is doing that, it is my stance IF he was. Pretty easy. You are digging a deeper hole here, if you are comparing a 23 year old who is probably worth 80 million plus to ageing players coming to the end of their careers then it is pointless even discussing.

You didn't say IF you said what he wants to do,never mind,i also said to you it won't happen with a 23yr old as he is too valueable and it will get sorted one way or another soon,we could sell dave,vinny and sergio tomorrow if we wanted to as they are still brilliant players with at least a couple of years left at the top but we don't as thats not the way we want to treat our great players

They also aren't holding out for every last penny. Yes that was in my post, AGAIN under the scenario of the poster saying how would we feel. Read the threads and the conversations and you will see how it went. Not repeating myself again.

I don't believe it's a case of them not believing it's enough, more about if he's getting X then I want Y, more an ego thing than anything else.

This is basic human relations theory. Unless really poor, people compare relative wages, not absolute. And no matter how rich they become, they have a sense of injustice if someone perceived to be worse than them earns more.

Why? Because in our society, income is a value judgement, a statement of comparative worth.

@karen7 If you were to rate their efficiency on a scale of 1 to 10, where would you put them?

I am completing a survey for Ric to see if this beta phase is worth an investment in to a full roll out. ;-)

You’re right, they do seem to be using a complex system of VPN tunnelling and old-fashioned gaslighting, which makes them difficult to track!
