This fella is worthless, hes had far too many chances. Who wants a twat like him in society. No one. They should sell all his belongings lock him up and throw away the key for the benefit of everybody else.

True. I'm the most bleeding-heart liberal in the world, but how do you give someone 37 chances and then on the 38th crime, they get just 4 months. It's a violent offence, which AFAIC is what prison spaces should be for. It's clearly pre-meditated, rather than some sort of in-the-moment thing, because he's waiting specifically for Sterling to appear. And to top it all off, it's racially aggravated. How is that not years in prison?

The American 3 strikes and you're out rule is the most ridiculous thing in the world, but I'd struggle to argue against a 38 chances and you're out rule.
