Jovetic is a typical no 10, a forward more than a midfielder. Isco would play behind with Silva

Exactly,like I posted above.

We need a striker,a fox in the box if you like - that is not jovetic.

Is Francis Jeffers too old ?

If so, Kevin Phillips is still just about alive and kicking

If we are playing in a style like Barca we will not have a big man standing on the shoulders of the last defender. Aguaro can score a lot of goals given the service.

Not a chance in hell & porbably for good reason, Philipp Hosiner.
I've not got out of the habit for looking for half decent potential rather than superstars.

not a bad option. Can change around with Navas/Dzeko/Nasri/Milner/Rodwell

Midfielders
Gareth Barry, Abdul Razak, Javi Garcia & Scott Sinclair on the transfer list for me. But i am harsh.

This lad, although talented, does not address our requirements for a clinician,so,on that basis, unless he is a plan B option elsewhere, why are we interested?
The so called "clinical" strikers have been bought up?

Jovetic I think whilst a good striker is also a fine attacking midfielder and could play the role that Tevez did, just behind the striker with the freedom to create more.
We just keep creating the chances and have no one to actually put the ball in the net !

would be very attacking though! lol

Would give us lots of options for rotation and would not have to worry to much about the odd injury. We have a lot of games and all would get game time.
