Aguero, Dzeko, Negredo, Jovetic would be the best strike force we have had in recent years.
I'm sorry. It would be good but Tevez, Aguero, Dzeko and Balotelli beats it hands down.

This new foursome would have a better work ethic though, they would also be committed to the club unlike Tevez and Balotelli.

I think Negredo and Jovetic will work out better for us than Balotelli not because they are better players but I can see them harmonizing better with our existing squad.

Jovetic will be far better than Rooney in a couple of years. They're going in opposite directions.

Pretty sure that Bill knows that.

Funny time of life to take up fishing.. :)

rooney will spring back to life when he moves on. and for the record jovetic will NEVER reach rooneys standard. to be fair not many would.

Jovetic is a different player to Shrek. He also has the best days of his career infront of him, not behind him.

While Rooney has been awesome, like Tevez, he is on the downward slope........

That won't work. Aguero should rightfully be numero uno. Gudetti should be numero fouro. If we buy Negredo and Jovetic Dzeko's offskis. Pelle's a fan of John.

Aguero, Tevez, Dzeko and Balo never worked as a strike force. On paper it was probably the best in Europe, on the pitch it was nowhere near as effective. Every single one of them, under Mancini at least, worked best as the only striker, especially Balo.

For all his potential I just never trusted Balotelli.......and was never happy with his laziness and couldn't care less attitude.

Tevez AWOL for 6 months (2 years ago) and Balotelli missing for a half a season (last year).

Tevez>Jovetic>Negredo>Balotelli

Balotelli was practically useless in his half a season last year and tried to lose us the league at times 2 years ago.

I would have trusted him if he'd been our consistent sole striker, up top on his own where he's best. That was never going to happen with Aguero, Dzeko AND Tevez.

AWOL for two years, what is your point? Does that make him any less of a player? He is still the best striker we have ever had, won the golden boot with us and captained us to our first trophy in the new era as well as firing us into the Champions League. Balotelli was a liability but I would have him rather than Dzeko or Negrado.

As a foursome, they are undoubtedly the best we have had in terms of individual raw talent. It is a shame we didn't get Pellegrini in earlier because he might have got them playing well with each other.

I hope we sign Jovetic though, he is class.

Fiorentina, ready for the renewal Ljajic

Domino effect. From Brazil to Italy, from Milan to Palermo. Passing through Florence. The Santos has decided to withdraw from the race to Robinho, so the Rossoneri will not take Adem Ljajic from Fiorentina. And for this reason, the company has already prepared violates the renewal for the Serbian player. As a result, not giving Ljajic, Fiorentina at the moment will not take Josip Ilicic from Palermo, in spite of the first offer of 7 million Euros presented today.

Sorry for Milan

Jovetic-City, positive signs: Updates

It continues to be treated. Stevan Jovetic can go to Manchester City. Today the agent has met the British company, but Fiorentina has not yet received any written offer. Therefore, the two sides continue to be covered for the engagement. But the signs are positive, because the purple in recent months have closed the transaction with the City Nastasic and reports are positive. The City is ahead of the United. And Jovetic awaits.

City always 'not yet received any written offer'

delay...delay...

That does seem to be a common theme in all of our transfer dealings. Glad the Nastasic deal went well and they're happy to work with us though.

All teams are happy to work with us, we pay cash up front, not 500k a year for the next 40 years like some of these clubs try to take the piss with (*cough cough* Italians).
