stockport county

Funny as fvck.

They took enormous pleasure at our demise, subsequently,i hope they vanish off the planet.

As said,Karma is a wonderful thing.

People are talking about nice areas of Stockport to live in but I think my personal choice would be Prestwich, Alkrington, Sale or Chorlton. Maybe an Apartment in the Northern Quarter perhaps.

Does anyone know where all the animosity started between Stockport and ourselves?

Most of us Blues always looked upon them as kind of our second club and a fair few used to go and watch them as people mentioned. When i lived in Kent i went to see them play Peterborough in the play off final, which they lost and stood in the Stockport end.It is all rather sad,i guess it started when we were in the same division.

Yeah....when they beat us a few times and they turned all rag like. Around 1997 - 2002.

Also kicking off in a few places too.

Yes i remember that and wasn't there an organised fight at a pub in Piccadilly?

Dinning didn't help, big headed shitehawk, I remember back in the 60s 70s they used to play Friday nights, loads of city used to watch them, back them as well, I find it sad that the comradeship is not there now. It was like having a favourite cousin. If I can remember not sure I think Kenny mulhearn played on the Friday then made his debut Saturday against united my first derby 67. Someone educate me if I'm wrong ?

There is a (crap) video on youtube of it, chairs being thrown, bottles etc. etc.

It is a shame as I remember stuff like when they played Everton in the cup one night at Edgeley (76?) and loads of blues (and reds I'm afraid) turned up to....er...help out.

City fans had a soft spot for County back then.
