was in a shop the other day and some fucking yuppie paid 1.28 for gum and a paper by card. soft twat.

Its the new "cool" paying for everything by card. Easy way to get stung my mate was rinsed of two separate accounts because the bar staff sold his details to some card cloners. Better to have £50 in my pocket and if I get picked that's all I lose.

OP call your bank and the police immediately and explain the situation also ask the bar for CCTV and if you know which branches your card was used at get CCTV from there. Do this ASAP or you may not get anything back.

Not a moan but who takes the card out on a night out..pay cash and ya cant go wrong..i see now days they have to take everything with them,cards and phones they seem to be checking every 2 mins...I say get a fucking life....sorry to hear about ya money but youve had to learn the hard way..

On friday night i was in Noho in Manchester, my wallet was pickpocketed and my card taken. It must of happened when i was using my card to pay for a drink at the bar as 15 minutes later they were rinsing my account of my money... They must of seen me putting my pin in at the bar.

I was just wondering will i get my money back? Or will they say i should of shielded my pin better or any other loophole like that?

I know what time it happened, i know what the people looked like, i know what cash machine they used to draw the money out...so cctv evidence shouldnt be a problem. Having a tough month with christmas just gone and could really do with the money back

hey, it is near the end of january, everyone is skint or near it, get the kitty money and say you will get the beers in, pocket the kitty, buy it on the card, with a bit of cashback, report the card stolen and get the bankers to pay for you.
Genius, just wish I had thought of it.

It's probably why the op's bank wont pay. I assume this is quite a popular ruse.
