Honestly if you don’t laugh you’ll cry. Stevie Wonder could see that John Stones was gonna be injured sooner or later.

I will say fair play to John though cos he must be really injured if he won’t even pull on that magical England shirt that means he can play 3 games a week of 90 minutes in an international tournament.

As class as Stones is when he's fit, and he's possibly the best pure footballing defender I've ever seen in a blue shirt, this is why he'll likely leave us when his contract expires at the end of the season. You can't build a team around players who are so prone to niggles and muscular injuries, especially as they get older.
