Nothin odd about signing him. Actually it's obvious why we did. He's crap and is happy to stay on the bench ;)

I was hoping we'd get Weaver back in as back up, but I guess he wants first team football these days anyway.

no mate weaver wants booze and big macs
but i see it as a favour to hart from hughes to give him a season of footy. he will be recalled if given gets an injury that keeps him out any longer than 2-3 games so no worries

But Bob is talking nonsense as per
go on then, why did we buy him?

OK we need decent backup and someone happy to spend most of the season on the bench, but Taylor?
Ask any Cardiff fan and they'll tell you he's absolute shite, they blame him for the 6-0 against Preston that cost them a playoff place.
But if it wasn't him who else would have been happy to come as an understudy?

i get the gist of what you're saying, but surely if one loses six nil the blame must be shared slightly more evenly? it would be a good effort for such a drubbing to be blamed on one man's poor keeping.. in that situation surely you put your hand up and say, 'alright lads...they were a tad better than us today...'
