Agree we have no need to sing it at fans from clubs like Brighton, Palace or Fulham. We should be celebrating that we've done it, but we don't need to be ripping the shit out of other fanbases for not achieving it.
We’re hardly well liked anyway, let’s enjoy the ride and shout it from the rooftops, we’re the best team in world football. Diddums if the Red shirts don’t like our arrogance.I just hope we don't get as arrogant and insufferable as the Rags fans are in wake of winning the treble.
We are not a different species of football fan, although we have remained remarkably humble over the last few years, but winning the Treble is quite something elseI just hope we don't get as arrogant and insufferable as the Rags fans are in wake of winning the treble.
Couldn't agree more.Agree we have no need to sing it at fans from clubs like Brighton, Palace or Fulham.
But definitely sing it to fans from those clubs that waved inflatable CL cups at us and of course at Liverpool fans too.
Liverpool , Villa and forest will get it back for their constant champions of Europe you'll never sing thatI don't like this 'we've won a treble and you've not' angle, for two reasons:
1) It comes across as arrogant
2) United have also done it, so it's hardly unique
We should be celebrating that we've done it, but we don't need to be ripping the shit out of other fanbases for not achieving it. Especially as we've been exceptionally lucky to be in a position to do win it, post-takeover. I hope City fans will retain class and dignity, and not go down the awful Liverpool/United fanbase route.
